Harvesting Intelligence, Powering Tomorrow. ZUNDE connects Africa's abundant resources with disciplined engineering, renewable energy, AI and global capital to build infrastructure of enduring value.
About ZUNDE
Our mission is to enhance Africa's connectivity by navigating the intersections of power generation, water, agriculture, logistics, compute infrastructure and enterprise technology, building the future faster, more sustainably and to global standards. From offices in London, Riyadh, Johannesburg and Harare, we structure bankable projects and connect sovereign, institutional and corporate capital to transformative opportunities across Sub-Saharan Africa.
London serves as Group Headquarters and the interface to global capital. Riyadh anchors our Gulf partnerships. Johannesburg carries regional operations, while Harare delivers projects on the ground. Together the four offices place ZUNDE at the meeting point of resource-rich Africa and the world's capital markets.
Our Focus
The physical assets on which economies run: irrigated agricultural estates, water storage, cold chain facilities, MEP systems, EPC delivery and national digital backbones.
Generation designed around the asset it serves: utility-scale and distributed solar, hybrid solar-plus-storage, captive generation and agro-photovoltaic integration.
The sovereign digital infrastructure that lets African economies host the intelligence era: modular data centres, edge computing, connectivity and cloud enablement.
Portfolio
Each programme is presented in outline. Detailed technical and financial documentation is available to qualified counterparties under confidentiality.
A sovereign, solar-powered, modular data centre programme designed to host AI and high-performance computing workloads in Zimbabwe. Phased from an anchor facility toward campus scale, the programme is aligned with the National AI Strategy 2026 to 2030 and National Development Strategy 2.
A corridor-based electric vehicle charging network powered by renewable generation, prepared for engagement with development finance institutions. The build is phased so that capacity grows with adoption across national trunk routes and urban centres.
Solar-powered, modular refrigeration facilities positioned on the Beira export corridor to capture, preserve and move high-value perishables including horticulture, fisheries, dairy and meat. The programme converts documented post-harvest loss into recovered export value while serving domestic retail and healthcare demand.
A nucleus estate with an out-grower contract farming scheme in the Middle Sabi Valley, producing food grains and high-value perennials under long-term off-take for international partners. The programme is anchored on secured water, including proposed regional storage expansion, and capacitates local farmers through inputs, extension support and a guaranteed market.
Through our subsidiary Afrikonnect TES, ZUNDE holds internet service provision capability paired with distributed solar delivery, bringing reliable connectivity and dependable power to enterprises, institutions and communities as one integrated service.
Beyond its development portfolio, ZUNDE provides technology and infrastructure advisory to established institutions. Recent engagements include a digital learning and communication strategy for a leading group of schools in Zimbabwe, and strategic dialogue with a telecommunications giant in Zimbabwe on the future of national digital backbone infrastructure.

Strategic Partnerships
Procore is the world's leading construction management software platform. ZUNDE has entered into a formal Referral and Co-Sell Partner Agreement with Procore Technologies, enabling delivery of cloud-based construction and project management capability to clients across Africa and the Middle East.
Alongside its formal partnerships, ZUNDE collaborates with global original equipment manufacturers, leading cloud partners and enterprise platform providers across energy technology, compute hardware and satellite connectivity. These relationships enable localised innovation across Sub-Saharan Africa and are formalised as each engagement matures.
Investment Case
ZUNDE structures programmes to the standards that sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions and corporate investors expect: honest financial modelling, disciplined risk allocation and full regulatory alignment. Our Riyadh office reflects the natural fit between Gulf Cooperation Council priorities, such as food security under national Vision 2030 agendas, and Southern Africa's land, water, solar and mineral endowment; the same partnership logic extends to capital from Europe, Asia and the Americas through our London headquarters.
Statutory incentives under the ZIDA Act and SEZ framework, subject to designation and confirmation.
Where programmes draw on public assets, ZUNDE routes them through the proper public-private partnership pathways of the host jurisdiction, with Contracting Authorities, risk allocation and approval processes addressed from the outset. Partners commit with confidence because every engagement is developed with transparent assumptions and verified inputs.
